General Admission Policy

Students desiring to enter school should contact the Admission’s Office to obtain
an application. The Admission’s Office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am
until 6:00pm (with other times by appointment).

The following criteria pertains to all programs offered at FMTI:
1. Complete Registration Form
2. Be at least 18 years of age upon graduation from our program.
Those students starting class under 18 years of age require parent or guard-
ian consent.
3. Proof of High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
4. In good physical health as documented by a Licensed Physician. In some cases,
an MMR, PPD or Hepatitis B vaccination may be required.
5. Documentation of citizenship or VISA.
6. All students must sign an enrollment agreement.
Each program may have specific admission requirements. See each individual pro-
gram for additional requirements.

All students meeting entrance requirements will be admitted on a space-permit-
ting basis, based on the application date. A student may be accepted for admission
to the program any time prior to the beginning of a new class. Class starting dates
are listed on Page 2 and 3 of this catalog. The school catalog is available online and
a hard copy is available a week prior to classes starting.
